Troika USA will serve owners and developers across Idaho’s Treasure Valley, drawing on a Canadian parent and a veteran local builder.
Kelowna-founded real estate development, construction and property management company has launched a new business in the United States, opening Troika USA in Boise, Idaho.
Troika, which has been developing, building and managing properties across Western Canada for nearly 30 years, said the new company will serve owners and developers across the Treasure Valley, a high-desert region in southwestern Idaho and eastern Oregon centred on Boise, the state’s capital and most populous city.
What Troika USA Offers
Troika USA will provide general contracting and construction management for commercial, multifamily and institutional projects. It opens with a local team and an office in Boise, backed by the systems, financial strength and support of its Canadian parent. The company says it will start bidding on projects in the fall.
Frank said owners in the valley want a builder they know and trust. He said Troika gives his team the backing to deliver at the size and standard the region needs right now.

Troika founder and CEO Renee Merrifield said the company has spent almost three decades building in growing communities across Western Canada, and that the Treasure Valley is exactly that kind of place.
Why Boise, Why Now

According to Troika, the Treasure Valley is one of the fastest-growing regions in the country, largely because of Micron Technology’s roughly $50-billion manufacturing buildout in Idaho. The investment is projected to support more than 17,000 jobs in the state and to drive demand for the housing, offices, health care facilities and schools that come with that growth.
The company announced the launch Oct. 21.
