VANCOUVER ISLAND, BC –  It pays to be a customer of Cascadia Liquor; in ways no other spirits provider can match – thanks to its newly launched Den Rewards program.  “The Den Rewards is designed to deliver more value to our customers by enhancing their shopping experience and creating unique, customizable moments for every guest,” explained Janeil Mackay, President of The Truffles Group, parent company of Cascadia Liquor.

The Den Rewards program, a customer loyalty program designed to enhance a customer’s in-store experience while rewarding shoppers for their everyday purchases, was officially launched April 17th.  The program marks the first fully integrated, in-house loyalty initiative developed by The Truffles Group and is in place at all 12 of Cascadia Liquor’s Vancouver Island locations, from Victoria to Courtenay.  Truffles introduced the program as part of an ongoing trend among British Columbia retailers to reward customer loyalty by offering a personalized retail experience tailored to their individual shopping patterns.

Cascadia Liquor currently operates 12 locations across Vancouver Island, serving clients from Victoria to Courtenay

“It’s about strengthening our relationship with those who already see Cascadia as their go-to, while giving us the ability to better understand their preferences and reward their loyalty in meaningful ways.  Ultimately, we’re focused on delivering an experience that’s convenient, engaging, and personalized while also offering real savings when it matters most,” she said.

Cascadia Liquor developed the program recognizing today’s customers are always looking for ways to save, while maximizing their purchasing power.  The real strength of The Den Rewards program is how it allows consumers to earn points on all their beer, wine, and spirits purchases, which are then redeemable for dollars off future transactions – in addition to future offers to be rolled out in the weeks and months to come.  The Den Rewards members also automatically have access to exclusive perks including masterclasses, bonus points days, birthday rewards, and automatic entry to curated giveaways and more.

The Den Rewards program has been launched across all Cascadia locations, following a trial program held at a Victoria storeKey features of The Den Rewards program include earning points on every purchase regardless of size, a tiered rewards feature that unlocks exclusive customer experiences, special bonus elements such as birthday perks and upcoming bonus days, a custom app for easy rewards tracking and product ordering and personal invitations to special events such as masterclasses and sprint tastings.

The response to the program has bene exceptional, with Cascadian customers signing up in-store, via Google Play or through Cascadia Liquor’s app store.

The Den Rewards evolved from a successful pilot program offered at Cascadia’s Caddy Bay location in Victoria but has been expanded to include all key markets including Parksville, Nanoose, Port Alberni and Courtenay.  A dynamic and evolving program, The Den Rewards are expected to grow in the coming months, as new features are added, evolving to better meet the needs of the company’s loyal customer base.
