FAQs:

1) Please note that the contact information for the first 4 boxes is for the main point of contact for the nominated organization. They will be contacted following the nomination deadline with next steps for the event.

2) Individuals completing the form should be doing so for an incorporated organization or non-profit, not an individual broker, advisor, realtor, etc.

3) Categories. It is recommended to select 2 categories, one for your sector (if applicable), and the Business of the Year that best relates to your organization.

4) Scoring. The judges use the following form responses to make their decisions, scoring from 1-10 against a rubric: Description of the Nominated Business, Number of Employees, Innovations & Changes, Revenue Growth, Reasons for Growth, and Why does your business deserve a Business Excellence Award.

The judges are not looking to review an essay, however a clear, thoughtful response will go a long way in helping your score.
